The ARCO IRIS apartment complex is composed of six buildings numbered from 1 to 7 (there is no number 5). Each one has three floors: the ground floor is level with the gardens and the pools, it provides direct access to the street and the promenade; the entrance is located on the first floor, and the second floor is on a higher level.

The buildings have direct access to the reception and the apartments by Calle Milán, and to the beach by the promenade. A flight of steps separates the apartments from the promenade in front of block 4.

The buildings are linked together in the following way: Blocks 1, 2 and 3; blocks 6 and 7, with block 4 being independent.

Each one of the six blocks has a swimming pool for clients accommodated in each building. Three of the six pools are heated in winter, one for blocks 1-2-3, one for blocks 6-7, and the third for block 4.
