Here are the steps to follow to make your BOOKINGS:
When filling the form in, please take the following information into account:
2. Once you have completed this REQUEST, read the accommodation terms and accept them. An X will appear in the box that says "I have read the annexed terms and conditions and I accept them"; you must then click on “send REQUEST”
3. You will immediately receive an email with the following text: “We have correctly received your booking request. You will shortly receive a reply, Thank you".
4. Once your acceptance of terms is received, a booking acceptance will be sent to you by email. This part of the procedure can be replaced by a phone call if there are Internet connection problems or if you request it.
In this last email or during the phone call, you will be given the total cost of your stay and the current account number for the transfer. All stays must be paid in advance.
Finally, once the money transfer is received, we will send you a voucher to hand in at reception on arrival. If the booking is made over the phone, the voucher will be waiting for you at reception when you arrive.
