Each apartment is supplied with the following furniture and facilities:

• One bedroom with a wardrobe, a mirror and two single beds separated by a night table.
• A dining living room with comfy furniture, a wardrobe to store suitcases and personal belongings, a flat-screen TV with national and international channels, an armchair and a 1,35-cm-sofabed with central and side tables.
• Wi-Fi.
• A safety deposit box.
• A fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, an extractor hood, a glass ceramic hob, a coffee machine, kitchen utensils, cupboards for essentials and food storage, a dining bar with stools.
• A bathroom with a WC, a shower tray, a washbasin and a hair dryer.
• A balcony or a terrace with a table and chairs, access from the ground floor to the garden, views onto the beach and the dunes of Maspalomas from the two upper floors.
• The apartments have keycard locks, and the card expires on the day of the client’s departure. This keycard also opens the main entrance door and all the access doors of the complex on Calle Milán and the promenade.
• Mains hot water supply.
• The cleaning of the apartments is carried out five days a week, with a change of sheets one day a week, and towels three days a week.
